ive been talking to this girl who is still filing for divorce it has been hard because we have or up and downs she wants to move to where iam at but her spouse request that she not be allow to move more than 150 miles i live 400 miles what should i do

What you should do is drop her like a hot potato. She must have children, or else the moving distance would not be an issue. So you have a woman who is not even divorced that is planning on moving 400 miles (with her child, I imagine) to be with you. That is crazy and for you to even consider a relationship with such a woman is equally crazy.
