Hello Everybody
I live in ontario. The judge has asked me to forward a plan for sole custody of my children. They are 16 14 and 10.
My wife has mental issues and is a drug addict who is at this time I think recovering. She is on medical disability.
For the last 16 months my children have lived with me. Now I have soled for sole custody and child support she is accussing me of being abusive and wants sole custody of the children herself.
Anyway the judge requested my plan. I have most of it together I was just wondering if anybody else had agreements in place that might give me some more ideas.

hi rocky. once she proves that she can stay off the drugs and starts to make her life better she can see the children. I dont want my children to be with people like her. It seams like all drug addicts stick together and start living together for support . which I guess is fine till they relapse

i live in pa with my mother after 11 yrs living with th father of my two kids (3 and 5 yrs old - the 3yrs ols has autism) most of the years i lives under domestic violence. He is right now in probation. He lives in the state of CT. I met 3yrs ago a good man from Seattle, WA ans i want to go live with him but the father of my kids doesnt want. Do you think the court will let me go to Seattle, Wa with my kids? I dont pretend my kids to forget about their dad. I still want them to be in contact with him
